Wigs that have been cut, styled, colored, or washed
Items returned after the 7-day window
Items without original packaging or tags

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Reach out via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Ship or Drop Off

Send the item back in its original packaging. For Accra customers, we can arrange a pickup.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. The same eligibility conditions apply. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Mobile Money or card).
  • A 5% admin fee may apply for non-defective returns.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund processing takes 3-5 business days after we receive the item.
